Fun times were had by all!  DJ and I bonded for our 11 hour journey up and our whopping 14 hour journey back.  I don't want any more kids:)  He was really good and didn't complain too much.  On the way to Michigan, I heard, "Mom, do you have to pee AGAIN?!  I'm tired of you peeing all the time!"  Do you feel the love?

On the way back, I-80 was a complete mess.  Construction everywhere throughout Pennsylvania.  I got off the highway in bumfuck anywhere (not to be confused with Dawn's bumfuck nowhere) to get gas.  It was creepy at night.  I'm such a city girl.

DJ had a blast with all the kids.  Not one single meltdown.  No fighting when it was bedtime.  Matter of fact, there were two nights he crashed all by himself.  No fighting to take a shower either. 

DJ had a tooth just about to fall out for about 2 weeks now.  On Sunday I noticed the one side was hanging even lower.  I tried to get him to pull it out but he wouldn't.  Damn dentists for messing with his head.  I gave him a juice box.  One suck.  Then a huge scream.  I came running back in.  He swallowed his tooth.  Poor kid.  He didn't even meltdown about it.  He was just really worried that the tooth fairy wouldn't hook him up since there was no tooth.  His solution was to poop in his pants so I could dig out his tooth.  Uhhhhhhh, no thanks.  We'll leave the fairy a note, honey.  So he was cool with that and lo and behold the next day he woke up and the tooth fairy left a little surprise for him under his pillow even without the tooth.  He was a happy camper.  And I was very happy not to go digging in poop.
